Si podemos revisar solo los planos arquitectónicos. Es de recordar que para obtener la licencia de construcción se requieren el estudio de suelos, los planos arquitectónicos y estructurales, los cuales también podemos revisar.
¿Cuáles son las actividades críticas en una construcción?
Podemos considerar estas actividades como críticas: 1.- Alineación y plomada de columnas o muros de concreto. 2.- La fundida del concreto para evitar futuras grietas o exposición o daños en las varillas de acero. 3.- Revisión de varillas de refuerzo de acero, estas deben corresponder a lo indicado en el plano, es decir, que correspondan al diámetro, al número de varillas, a su ubicación y calidad.
